Through ceremony, movement, breath and stillness, we open the seven bodies—layer by layer, truth awakens.

Villa Sunshine holds us in warmth: mountains, sea, nourishing food, sauna, pool, hammocks. But the true sanctuary is the circle we create together.

My path has been one of carrying, of initiation, of fire.
